CANCELLATIONS

We process our orders as quickly as possible, so if you happen to change your mind, please send a cancellation request to sales@shopfabulessly.com within 24 hours of placing your order [please include your order number in the email]. Please note that sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to let you know if we can process your cancellation. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled but can be returned -please see our policy below.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We want you to love your items! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact sales@shopfabulessly.com to request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your package. Exchanges or refunds requested outside of this time frame will be subject to approval and will receive store credit only. 

• Earrings, sale items and pre-ordered items are final sale! 
For all other items please follow these rules
• Items must be shipped back within 7 days receiving your item [make sure you track your item as we will not be liable for lost or stolen merchandise]
• Items must not be worn, used or altered in any way
• All tags must be intact and item must be in its original packaging
All shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your refund or exchange back to us will be your responsibility.
We closely inspect every item before shipping so it is extremely rare for you to receive a defective item. If you’ve received an item that is damaged or defective, please send us a photo of the item and ship it back to us.  In these cases, we’ll take care of the return shipping for you! Just be sure to send it back using USPS to take advantage of the most cost-efficient method. We will not be responsible for high shipping costs or fees associated with shipping with FedEx, UPS, DHL or any other courier service.
Once you have sent your package back to us, we’ll let you know via email as soon as we’ve received it! In the event that you received free shipping for your order, please note that your refund will be for the items returned, minus the shipping amount it cost us to send you your order. New item(s) will be shipped out to you for exchanges, or your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days afterwards.
